About Musa Tariq
Musa Tariq is the author and editor of Punjab Public Guide. He researches each Punjab scheme on its official portal, writes the guide in simple, clear language, takes the dated screenshots and phone reels you see on each page, and re-checks open schemes every week. His aim is simple: a student, farmer or shopkeeper should be able to understand a scheme in a few minutes, know whether it is really open, and apply on the real website without paying an agent.
He also runs DLIMS Online (dlimsonline.pk), an independent website about driving licences and traffic rules in Punjab. On that site he explains learner licences, juvenile driving permits, licence fees, renewals and e-challans, using official sources such as the DLIMS Punjab portal, Punjab Traffic Police announcements and government notifications. Both websites follow the same rule: start from the official source, say clearly what is not confirmed, and never pose as a government office.
How Musa checks a scheme
Every guide follows the same routine. Musa starts from the official portal or department page, never from another blog, and reads it in full. He opens the portal on a computer and on a phone, takes screenshots of each step, and notes the parts that confuse first-time applicants, such as file size limits or “record not found” messages. He then compares the official page with what news reports and social media claim, and labels anything he cannot confirm. Each guide ends with a dated list of the sources he read. When a reader reports an error, he checks it against the official source and updates the guide, as set out in our corrections policy and editorial policy.
Websites by Musa Tariq
The two websites cover different needs but often help the same families. A student applying for the CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme needs a driving licence or juvenile permit, and a motorcycle owner claiming the petrol subsidy needs a properly registered bike, so the guides link to each other where it genuinely helps. Neither site is connected to any government department, and neither takes applications, fees or personal documents. If someone contacts you claiming to work for either website and asks for money, do not pay, and let us know through the contact page.
Guides written by Musa Tariq
These are all the guides currently published on Punjab Public Guide. Each one shows its status, the official link and the date it was last verified, so you can see at a glance which schemes are open and which have closed. Federal programs that Punjab residents can join, such as the PM Laptop Scheme, are marked clearly. If a scheme you need is missing, you can suggest it through the contact page; we add a guide only after we have checked the scheme on an official source.
