The B-Form, or Child Registration Certificate (CRC), is NADRA’s record of a child under 18. You need it for the PM Laptop Scheme and to enrol a child in Taleemi Wazaif. In Punjab you can get it at the NADRA counter inside an e-Khidmat Markaz. The fee is Rs 50 (normal) or Rs 500 (urgent), in cash.
